Ordering conditions for EU countries for the Arysmo.com online store

1. Placing an order

  • Minimum order amount: For corporate clients, the minimum order amount can be set, for example, at 10 units of goods. The minimum available quantity of goods is indicated on the product card. Please be careful.
  • Product selection: In the online store, you can choose notebooks, thermoses, bags and other products with the option of applying a logo.
  • Personalization: Specify the desired branding method (engraving, pad printing, UV printing) and attach the logo in PNG, AI or high-quality PDF format.

2. Lead times

  • Production time: Depends on the order volume and the chosen branding method. Usually 7-14 working days after layout approval.
  • Delivery times: Delivery within the European Union takes from 3 to 7 working days depending on the country.

3. Payment

  • Payment methods:
    • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
    • Bank transfer (IBAN).
    • Electronic payment systems (PayPal).
  • Currency: All payments are accepted in Euro (€).
  • Taxes: Prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated. Companies with a valid VAT number from EU countries can place an order without VAT.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping methods:
    • Courier services (DHL, UPS, FedEx, GLS, Nova Post for customers from Ukraine).
    • Standard mail, InPost for small orders.
  • Shipping cost: Calculated automatically when placing an order depending on the weight, volume and delivery address. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount.
  • Tracking: After sending, a tracking number is provided.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return/exchange of unbranded goods: Possible within 14 days of receipt, if the product has not been used and the original packaging is preserved.
  • Personalized goods: Return/exchange is possible only in case of defects or manufacturing errors.

6. Additional services

  • Examples before ordering: It is possible to send a sample of the product (with the cost of delivery paid).
  • Design and layout: Free creation and approval of the layout before the start of production.
